Online Shop FAQ
1) Overview & Timeline
When will our shop go live?
Your online shop goes live within 48 hours after final art approval and once all shop details are entered in our system. If you need a specific launch date, just tell your Sales Ops Coordinator (SOC).
How will we know the shop launched?
- You’ll receive an automated launch email with the shop URL and password.
- Your sales rep (SR) and main team contact are notified automatically.
- Our Online Shop Coordinator also sends a quick message and adds the link in your account notes for easy reference.
Can we make changes after launch?
If no orders have been placed yet, email your SOC to request a change.
Once orders are in the system, no revisions can be made—please review the shop carefully before sharing it.
How do customers place orders?
All online shops are Direct-To-Home only. Customers order through the team link and their items ship straight to the address they enter at checkout.
Will customers get an order confirmation?
Yes—an email confirmation with the order number is sent immediately after purchase.
Can a customer change their order?
If the shop is still open, email hello@cmpsportswear.com with Customer Name + Order # + requested change.
Once the shop closes and moves to production, no changes can be made.
2) Fundraiser Shops
If your shop includes a fundraiser payout, we’ll need:
- A completed W-9 (IRS form): https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf
- ACH setup so we can deposit funds after the shop closes.
3) Platform & Shop Duration
- Platform: Chipply
- Standard shop length: 2 weeks
Weekend closing:
- Most shops run through Sunday and close at 11:59 PM ET. Production begins Monday morning.
- If Monday is a holiday, the shop will close Monday at 11:59 PM ET.
4) Production & Delivery Timelines
(Timeframes begin after the shop closes, and do not include shipping time.)

5) Shipping & Tracking
- Carrier: FedEx
- Tracking: Each customer receives a tracking email when their order ships.

6) Missing Packages
If a package is missing (individual or bulk), please contact:
hello@cmpsportswear.com or submit the Online Support Form. Include the order number and shipping address so we can help quickly.
7) Extending Shops & Items Below Minimums (MOQ)
If your shop is below MOQ on an item, here’s how we handle it with the organizer:
- Your SOC will email the Customer Contact (CX) and Sales Rep (SR) to ask whether the team wants to buy up to reach the minimum or extend the shop (up to 5 business days) for a last push.
- If we don’t hear back within 48 hours, we’ll refund the below-MOQ item(s) and notify customers via the shop portal.
- If we don’t hear back within 48 hours, we’ll refund the below-MOQ item(s) and notify customers via the shop portal.
- Extensions are limited to 5 business days so orders don’t drag out for months. If the team opts not to extend, we’ll refund the item(s) and notify impacted customers.
- If the shop is extended, our team updates the close date, production start, and shipping estimates, and emails customers who already ordered about the new timeline.
